Role Overview & Responsibilities

Based in Watford, we're part of a network specialised on developing people to help them taking control of their future! We're currently looking for increasing our team of sales representatives up to 30 people in the Watford hub!

What you will do:

• Work on marketing and sales campaigns for well known brands
• Get remuneration fully based on performance with amazing incentives (including drivers incentives)
• Receive daily sales coaching (no experience needed) to improve every day
• Receive extra education on coaching, team building, recruitment, driving a team's performance
• Attend organisational events in UK and abroad
• Work in a fun environment with like minded collaborators

Salary: £300.00-£600.00 per week

Work Location: On the road
