Role Overview & Responsibilities

small care home in the centre of chelmsford requires a full time health care assistant. the job will be on a rota basis of 5 shifts per week and one shift will be over a weekend. the candidate needs to be kind, caring and patient and have a passion for the social care sector. The care home offers the opportunity to sign up for an nvq qualification and career progression within the company. We have a uniform that will be provided by the carehome. We offer a company pension scheme.
