Role Overview & Responsibilities

Job Description

Our business is primarily a CNC composites company creating patterns and moulds for a variety of industry sectors; marine, aerospace, MoD, renewables and more. The role would require experience focused mainly on working with customers CAD to produce CNC programs for our 2 CNC machines.

Responsibilities

• Supplying CAD designs for frames, bases and production setups for CNC programmers specific to customer/business requirements.
• Providing support to other areas of the business in communication designs, answering queries and finding solutions to manufacturing challenges.
• Working to tight deadlines.
• Requirement to keep within budgetary guidelines.
• Source materials and suppliers to complete projects.
• Quality checking comparing CAD to manufactured components.

Skills

• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office [Outlook, Word, Excel].
• Project management.
• Ability to work well under pressure to achieve within agreed timescale.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Well organised.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £22,000.00 per year
