Senior Motor Mechanic

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking to hire a fully qualified experienced professional motor mechanic (not in the learning phase) able to fix diesel and petrol cars. Able to do the following jobs:

• Assist Head mechanic to detect and diagnose faults in engines and other parts
• Test and adjust mechanical parts after being repaired for proper performance, diagnose and test parts with the assistance of computers
• Perform scheduled maintenance services such as oil changes, lubrications and engine tune-ups
• Reassemble engines and parts after being repaired, Test and Adjust for proper performance, diagnose and test parts with the assistance of computers
• MOT testing
• Replacing batteries, starters, and lights
• Updates maintenance and repair logs for vehicles

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.

Must have own tools
