Role Overview & Responsibilities
As a Support Office Specialist - Hygiene you will help the business improve and make the right decisions for customers and colleagues working on service related projects ensuring they are right for stores and they have simple training, communication and hours to do the job, whilst responding to their queries in a timely manner.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Provide data and insight into service and operational areas that helps the business improve
- Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders around the business - you are sought out for your guidance and are an expert in your area
- You are a key point of contact for Stores, Store Managers and Regional Managers - you can escalate and resolve challenges and provide insight
This is a hybrid role operating over a four day working week*. This role is based at our fantastic head office in Bradford. Boasting an on-site restaurant, coffee shop, convenience and sample store, prayer room, free parking and regular company-wide events and promotions. Ideally, applicants will live within a reasonable distance of our office.
