Manufacturing Line Leader - Warehouse

As Line Leader in our Warehouse team, you’ll oversee a set area of our operation and coordinate a team of colleagues to deliver the goods in / goods out process. Driving excellent standards within the team, you’ll work in a safe, efficient and hygienic environment to deliver quality food safe products to our customers on time.

You’ll provide the tools and training to help our colleagues to understand key ways of working and relevant site processes. Listening to our colleagues is really important, and you’ll do this whilst taking action to solve issues and improve processes wherever possible. Working flexibly to support and liaise with other teams as required, you will look to deliver improvements that speed up and simplify the way we work.
