A generous uncapped OTE of +£75,000 is achievable in year one, with our Senior Account Managers earning £90,000+, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a growing industry with limitless opportunities.

The Person

We need someone with a positive, charismatic attitude with good energy levels, excellent communication skills and a problem-solving can-do mindset. The right candidate will have a passion for Sales. You will be organised, confident, have great attention to detail and be willing to go that extra mile.

Sales experience is a must, especially in B2B sales. Experience working deals through, opening and closing business and handling a portfolio of clients.

The Role

As an Account manager, you’ll be generating business through a portfolio of clients and existing back book of customers. You'll research and prospecting across all businesses in need of financial support. You'll quote, pitch & close your customers. You'll work with businesses and suppliers to generate more financal opportunities.

Our office is based in Paulerspury, ideal for those living in Milton Keynes, Northampton and surrounding areas.

The offices just outside of Towcester have on-site gym membership, café, free parking, breakout area with Pool Table, lake, and woodland.

Salary: From £22,000 per year with OTE year one of over £60,000.00
