Our client is poised for growth, and we need to recruit a Graduate Trainee to support their senior management team along the way. They are looking for someone who can be the face of our company, providing attentive service at every turn.

The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in all areas of business, specifically interviewing, scheduling, delegating, and motivating. The ideal candidate will be an inspiring team member ready to ensure productivity and quality performance to achieve our long-term company vision.

Graduate Trainee Objectives

• Gain a complete understanding of specific goals, objectives, and audiences
• Help build a well-developed and high-performing team that works together collaboratively.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the company is providing consistently excellent products and services, and that the environment is inviting and supportive
• Set daily team objectives and schedules to achieve and exceed company productivity and sales goals
• Monitor performance and report on progress
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Graduate TraineeDaily and Monthly Responsibilities

• Partner with senior manager to ensure quality sales, customer service and supervise a team with diverse talents and responsibilities
• Meet regularly with management to report and plan strategic plans for team objectives
• Monitor customer and client satisfaction, and quality assurance, reporting any problems
• Conduct sales, customer service and marketing on behalf of clients

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• A proven background in customer service, retail or sales environment
• A positive and pro-active attitude (must have)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £350.00-£400.00 per week
