Role Overview & Responsibilities

Momentum Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a brand new Warehouse that has opened in Foston. They deliver drinks, recycle bottles and turn them into new bottles. They are one of Germany's leading mineral water and soft drinks producers and have just opened their first plant in the UK.

WHAT YOU DO

• Operating and maintaining the plants machinery
• Monitoring stock levels and liaising with the production supervision team to highlight and stock level concerns
• Maintaining a flexible approach to work to meet team-based plant requirements
• Observing and maintaining safety levels with particular attention to machinery and electrical equipment
• Undertaking training as required by the company
• Maintaining a strict level of hygiene in and around the plant machinery
• Liasing and coordinating with all departments to ensure no machinery breakdowns

WHO YOU ARE

• At least 1-year experience within a similar role
• Experience in a Bottling line machinery would be preferred
• A UK food standard qualification and or certification is desirable but not essential
• Good verbal and written communication as well as Problem-solving and organisational skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Flexible to work various shifts

• £12ph starting rate rising to £12.50ph after 6 months with generous shift allowances on top.
