Role Overview & Responsibilities

Experienced Civils Site Manager Required Maidstone Kent

Our Client require an Experienced Civils Site Manager for construction of a Water Treatment Plant

SMSTS or NVQ Equivalent

• Ensure Project is ran to program by managing Site Team and Subcontractors regarding Man power, Plant, and Materials
• Manage Internal Site Meetings with Project and Commercial Team
• Manage Client Meetings
• Ensure all Documentation and Daily Diaries are kept up to date
• Ensure Site is ran with the highest regard to Health and Safety with close attention regarding the Environment ensuring Site Team and Subcontractors have a clear understanding of Health and Safety Regulations
• Candidates must be Hard Working, Enthusiastic and efficent in their day to day role thus have excellent communication skills with clear objectives in delivering the Project to program.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £32.00 per hour
