This delightful hotel with 120+ rooms extensive business mix across, a la caret restaurant, weddings, leisure and events is now looking for the a Reception Team Leader/Supervisor.

This Reception Supervisor role is a customer facing hands on position, the hotel is looking for someone to supervise the entire reception team and process, drive standards and work hard to further enhance the already exceptionally positive staff feedback.

The General Manager is looking for a reception supervisor with previous or transferable experience. A genuine hands on operator with great leadership skills able to manage effectively a wide demographic of staff.

This is hands on and customer facing (this is NOT an office role).
