Role Overview & Responsibilities

• Advanced, scalable VoteTech to protect shareholder rights, bespoke policies to support split voting
• Tailored ESG and Sustainability data sets for custom index solutions in partnership with Solactive
• Objective, independent research and data to identify key sustainability governance risks and opportunities

Responsibilities:

• Recruit employees
• Monitor the salary budget
• Keep company-wide personnel records up to date
• Be knowledgeable of company policies and procedures
• Provide assistance and advise to managers on issues related to employee relations
• Facilitate the development of employee's strengths in accordance with the organization's expectations

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 21 per week

Salary: £50,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
