About the position
We are looking for talented, highly motivated and passionate Interior Designer / FF&E specialist to join our global inhouse design team. The ideal candidate will be a self driven individual who works well within a team and will thrive in a fast-paced environment that encourages out-of-the-box thinking.
As a Mindspace Designer you will be developing our spaces from concept to completion - developing floor plans for new Mindspace locations, creating FF&E and Joinery packages and ensuring the quality of our product working with local project teams globally.
Responsibilities
- Working within the Projects and Design team to create overall interior design concepts and design presentations for new Mindspace locations.
- Creating FF&E and joinery packages.
- Working closely with the Real Estate team to prepare and develop layouts for potential new properties. Analyzing and optimizing planning and challenging layouts.
- Working closely with the project’s local team to review design and construction documents, drawings and details and make sure these are aligned with the Mindspace standard.
- Alongside 3rd party architects and PMs, overseeing the implementation of design during project execution phases.
- Meeting deadlines, being solution oriented and budget aware.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe Suite and MS Office
- 5-8 years of field-relevant experience. Experience in office planning, hospitality or F&B– a must
- Broad knowledge in materials, FF&E and joinery packages - a must
- Ability to run projects from A to Z
- High level of English – a must
- Willingness to travel
