Mimram Valley Butchers is a small business in Brookmans Park, AL9 6ND. We prepare and provide meat for our customers in-store and our hospitality clients.

We are looking for an experienced Butcher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cutting meat products, ensuring that all products are of the highest quality and meet health and safety standards. The Butcher will also be responsible for stocking shelves, maintaining cleanliness in the work area, and providing excellent customer service. We are looking for an individual with a passion for working with meat products and a commitment to providing the best possible service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Operate cutting and slicing equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Package and label products for sale.
• Understand the different cuts of meat and how to prepare them.
• Keep track of inventory and order supplies when needed.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Follow food safety guidelines.
