Role Overview & Responsibilities

Overview of Role:

To be responsible for warehouse duties for Mimeo and key accounts

Responsibilities:

• Unloading/loading vehicles
• Receipting goods in and checking deliveries against relevant paperwork
• Inventory movements ensuring system transactions are completed efficiently and accurately
• Picking stock required to maintain adequate stock levels for production
• Cycle count inventory to ensure accurate stock status
• Assist in stock take process according to company procedure
• Accurate labeling and maintenance of warehouse
• Daily housekeeping of warehouse to ensure areas are clean and tidy
• Work with Purchasing/Inventory manager to review/improve operating procedures to continuously meet company expectations
• Comply with all company and health and safety policies and procedures.
• Any other duties as required to fulfill role and schedule

Required Skills:

• Reach and counterbalance licence essential, Bendi/flexi an advantage but not essential
• Previously worked within a Stores Environment desirable
• Well organised and capable of prioritising, multi-tasking and working to schedules
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Team Player
• Must be computer literate with particular experience in stores programmes, Office and email
• Self-motivated and flexible approach to workload
• Accuracy and attention to detail are essential

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £22,977.00 per year
