Middlesbrough Council Recycling and Waste Services are looking for x 8 Refuse Loaders for the 2023 Summer Season.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

Achieve the Mayors vision for Middlesbrough through the delivery of the Councils range of services provided by the Recycling and Waste Services.

Collect Recycling and Refuse waste from domestic and Council premises.

Removal of large items and cleansing of Back Alleys.

Ensure that Health and Safety Legislation is adhered to at all times.

Support the Supervisor and Manager in the provision of effective service delivery.

Middlesbrough Council is totally committed to continuous organisational and employee development.

The post holder is required to participate fully in all initiatives, which facilitate continuous improvement in both service quality and employee development and performance.

The successful applicants will be required to work overtime as and when required including evenings, weekends and Bank Holiday Catch ups.
