Role Overview & Responsibilities

Location: Salisbury / Blandford
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + up to 11% bonus
Mon-Fri 37.5hrs

As a Tyre Fitter, you’re proactive and enjoy using your initiative, you pride yourself in having great attention to detail.

Because it’s not about sitting around and waiting for someone to tell you what to do. You want to ensure customers’ vehicles are safe and road legal as well as directly contributing to the company’s profitability.

You don’t want a 9-5 role, long hours, weekend work or annoying callouts!

As our next Tyre Fitter, you will ensure the full life of a tyre is utilised, by conducting full tread fleet inspections and carrying out maintenance on our Customer’s buses. You’ll provide high-quality customer service and work using your initiative with minimum supervision.

Key Requirements:

• have a valid UK car driving licence
• right to work in the UK
• previous heavyweight (truck/bus) tyre fitting experience (desirable)
• be self-motivated and able to work individually and unsupervised
• be prepared to undergo training both on site and at the training centre
• have good personal time management skills
• previous experience with fleets (desirable)
