Michael Ward Ltd is one of the leading providers of transport refrigeration maintenance solutions in the UK. We are an accredited FRIGOBLOCK Sales and Service dealer but pride ourselves in our ability to service and maintain any transport refrigeration system. Operating nationally we provide a 24 hours a day, 365 days a year service and breakdown coverage through over 50 skilled engineers in fully stocked and equipped service vans and two regional workshop facilities.

We are currently seeking to recruit 2 * Sales & Parts Advisors to join our highly skilled team. You will be part of a small friendly team providing support to engineers and part sales to third parties.

The main tasks of the job are

• Taking in-bound telephone enquiries, dealing with walk in customers and internet enquiries.
• Developing customer relationships through providing good product knowledge and creating an effective first impression.
• Ensuring parts are regularly replenished, providing a swift service to workshop and other departments as well as trade/retail customers.
• Supplying the service department with good levels of service and supporting both the sales and service department with technical product queries.
• Responsible for picking parts for customer orders and checking availability of stock from various enquiries.
• Accuracy of stock through stock counts
• Van deliveries if required.

Essential qualities for the job are:

• Suit person with parts experience within a motor factor /dealer or engineering environment.
• No previous refrigerant parts experience required.
• Good IT skills / Use of Catalogues for parts identification.
• Full and clean driving licence.
• Enthusiasm to deliver and continuously improve product knowledge of self and others.
