Are you a recent Psychology graduate who is passionate about supporting people with complex mental health needs? Or do you have previous experience of working with this client group and wish to continue making a positive impact?

If so, we want to hear from you!

This service supports people with complex mental health needs to take up tenancies in the community. We work with people who have experienced trauma in their lives and can present with behaviours that challenge. We understand that every behaviour is an expression of unmet need and we work hard to build helpful and trusting relationships, offering stability and consistency.

You will be a vital member of our professional and welcoming team. Using your previous experience of working with people with complex mental health needs and good communication skills, you will work alongside our Mental Health Nurses and Clinical Leads to support our service users to take the next step in their personal recovery.

We work in the least restrictive way and collaborate closely with the individual and other professionals to offer just enough support, so that people can take the risks they need to in order to reach their potential, flourish in life and transition into a community setting.
