Role Overview & Responsibilities

Medtrum develops and commercialises innovative solutions to improve the lives of people with diabetes. The company led to the development of a series of revolutionary products that completely changed the way the diabetes is treated.

The company is currently looking for a Warehouse Logistics based in Watford. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall planning and logistics operations in UK, which including daily order process, inventory management and office administration etc.

Location: Watford

Working time: Monday to Friday 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM

Duties and responsibilities:

· Processing of orders received and related activities including invoicing and deliveries

· Manage the product stock levels and movement within our warehouse

· Maintain database of delivery information to provide up to date, accurate information to customer and management as per country specific requirements.

· Assist with new and ongoing sales enquiries linking in with the sales and marketing team

· Ensuring the smooth running of the administrative processes in the office

· Other related tasks required

Candidate Profile:

Required

· Minimum 1 years in logistics experience

· Be a proactive and positive individual and have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels including patients and healthcare professionals

· Customer orientated, problem solving and analytical mind set

· Have high levels of compliance, professionalism, flexibility and motivation

· Be able to work well under pressure and to the time constraints of aspects of this role

· Good team work spirit & social skills

· Proficient with PC software, especially Microsoft Excel

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

Salary: £12.00-£15.00 per hour
