Trainee Quantity Surveyor

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Salary based on experience with Quantity Surveying or Construction experience.

This job role will be based around training for quantity surveying. Over time we will also include general project management in the construction industry, Full training will be provided and the right qualifications will be paid for through the business.

Quantity Surveying

• Analysing Construction Drawings.
• Producing cost breakdowns via Windows Excel.
• Procurement of projects.
• Producing monthly applications.
• Keeping track of variations.

This will be on an employed basis and also include annual bonuses, based on performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Salary: £17,500.00-£30,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• RAYLEIGH: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Construction: 1 year (preferred)
• Quantity Surveying: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)
