Customer Care Maintenance Engineer ( New Build Sites )

Role Overview & Responsibilities

MB Heating is looking to recruit a Full Time Maintenance Engineer within our Customer Care Department.

Working on completed & ongoing Housing Developments throughout the entire North West carrying out in warranty remedial Plumbing & Heating works.

Working directly with Customers and Developers.

Operative will be part of our Monthly Call Out Rosta covering emergency out of hours call outs.

Basic Salary £39,000 / Annum ( Plus Additional Basic Pay being included in Call Out Rota Based on 1 week in each Month Approx. £5,400.00 / Annum )

29 Days Holidays including Bank Holidays.

Full Cleaning Driving Licence preferred.

Company Van & all associated Plant & Equipment Supplied.

Individual MUST HOLD full ACS & Unvented Hot Water qualifications.

Previous Job Experience would strengthen any Application.
