Maxim FM are looking to recruit enthusiastic individual with previous cleaning experience to join our team in Middlesbrough (TS1).

Our company specialises in a wide range of cleaning services and has an exciting opportunity for a passionate Cleaning Operative to join our dynamic team. Your daily duties would include general cleaning of receptions, classrooms, corridors, dusting, vacuuming, mopping etc. Past cleaning experience is essential however, full training is required and will be given.

This position is well suited to any individual looking to advance their career in the industry and wanting to gain a hands-on experience, in a thriving and supportive workplace.

Requirements:

• 
  Previous cleaning experience essential.
• Must be comfortable working alone or as a team.
• Fit to undertake cleaning duties.
• Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
• You must be able to pass an enhance DBS to be considered for this role.

Working times are as follows:

• 
  Minimum of 20 hours a week.
• Maximum of 45 hours per week.
• Monday to Friday (no weekends)
• Working hours vary depending on business requirements.

The hourly wage for this position is £12.00.
