Role Overview & Responsibilities

The Role

The Warehouse Manager will manage the day to day running of warehouse operations within the Redditch Distribution Centre, from order receipt through to goods despatch, encompassing all functional activities.

You will ensure that appropriate management control is in place in all areas of the business’s activity, and will be responsible for day-to-day supervision and management of staff and operators, whilst ensuring a safe and healthy workplace with appropriate written control procedures for all activities.

The Person

You will have excellent planning, prioritisation, and communication skills, with the ability to discuss business improvements within all levels of the organisation. With 3 + years in a Warehouse/Factory supervisory role, you will have effective decision-making skills and the ability to work independently on a wide range and diverse workload.

You will empower and develop the individuals within your team meaning you will have excellent people management and delegation skills. We’d also like you to be familiar with computer-based bar-code inventory control systems and you must be competent in all Microsoft programmes.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £24,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
