Coffee Shop Manager

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Massarella & Co Ltd is a family run business with many years experience in the hospitality sector. We are seeking a Manager for our established, popular coffee shop and brunch spot in Dalton Park Shopping Centre.

Salary - £26,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

• Safe, efficient running of the kitchen and front of house
• Maintaining accurate financial and stock records
• Development of staff team through training, online and on site
• Managing due dilligence and compliance checks
• Upholding Massarells & Co core values
• Delivering excellent customer service

Skills and Experience

• At least 3 years experience in the hospitality industry
• At least 1 year management experience
• A good understanding of Food Safety and Health and Safety requirements
• Competent in IT
• Ability to understand and deliver financial and other targets
• Barista skills will be a benefit but not essential

The successful candidate will have a lively, outgoing personality and be confident of working within a busy environment, having a friendly and enthusiastic attitude is essential to the continued success of the business. They will need to demonstrate the ability to provide a safe and welcoming environment for our customers and staff.
