Role Overview & Responsibilities

Are you looking for a hands on account management and leadership role in small, dynamic, own label food manufacturer?

We are looking for a energetic, driven and friendly manager to work with this close knit team. The role will have a broad remit to manage p+l and all NPD, sales and commercial aspects of the business.

The successful candidate will lead their growth with major retail accounts and manage the sales and NPD team as commercial lead for the business.

The business is looking to continue growing through innovative new product development and close working relationships our retail customers.

We are looking for someone who has managed national accounts for major retailers in food or fmcg and could potentially consider a very commercially minded NPD manager.

There is some WFH flex but applicants need to be based around Somerset / Wiltshire / Dorset / Gloucestershire and able to commute regularly to the Frome area.
