About the role
My client is a successful, fast-growing leading fund administrator and corporate service provider who strive to outpace their market and develop new solutions to coincide with the changing need of today's customers. They have a strong presence in multiple jurisdictions and countries. They have a great supportive and collaborative culture which fosters personal growth and development. You will have the opportunity to join a small, close-knit team which will be there with you every step of the way. The role will involve servicing a variety of clients in the Private Equity and Real Estate sector involving an array of tasks from both Inhouse and Practice, ensuring that your workload is not too monotonous.

Key responsibilities

  • Day to day administration and other services for client portfolios
  • Maintaining proper records in accordance with requirements
  • Matters relating to due diligence exercise for clients and their investors
  • Call/subscription and distribution/redemption processes, investment/divestment transactions and management of the related cash transactions
  • Confidently discuss cash management and admin related matters with clients, bankers, brokers and other third parties on clients' behalf
  • Accurately record all time spent dealing with client matters to ensure the clients are correctly invoiced and ensure good order of client files and records
  • Assist Directors and Team Leaders with timely and accurate invoicing, debtor's collection and in close collaboration with the internal finance team and superiors
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative and basic secretarial tasks
