BOUTIQUE MANAGER
JEWELLERY AND WATCHES
BOND STREET, LONDON
- Renown for it's high-quality Jewellery & Watches
- Provides training on selling ceremony, products, and materials
- Located at the heart of Mayfair
THE ROLE:
As the store manager you will ensure the store and team achieves targets, delivers results, commercial and operational excellence and a premium customer service experience
THE CANDIDATE:
- Identify opportunities to drive and maximize sales and profitability
- Motivate and inspire the team to deliver an exceptional customer service experience
- Leading by example and driving sales
- Providing team training and excellent customer service
- Achieve (and aim to exceed) targeted KPI's
- Managing stocks and operations of the store
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- At least 3 - 5 years' experience in a management role within similar sector
- Excellent leadership skills and qualities
- Energetic and entrepreneurial
- Self-motivated, focused and driven to achieve personal and team goals
- Strong organisational and decision-making skills
- Personable, confident and talkative
