Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are a conference & banqueting venue and are looking for banqueting servers to help us with delivering outstanding customer service.

A large wedding venue with bedrooms and a fine dining restaurant. We are a thriving business with opportunities for the ideal candidate to grow and develop with the team.

You will be responsible for the preparation, setting up, service, and clearing for conference & banqueting events. As well as serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and handling of money as required.

Responsibilities:

- To set up rooms as requested by the client

- Providing the appropriate level of service in accordance with our standards and depending on the nature of the catering such as seated dinners, buffet, canapés.

- Provide outstanding customer service

- Ensure that you have the service area appropriately laid out and the required equipment for the running of the event

- Clearing rooms and bars after events

- Reset rooms as per booking request

Please note that one of the requirements is to be able to work late hours.

Part-time hours: 20 per week
