Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are an Engineering Company based in Corby with a powder coating line and we are looking for an experienced powder coating operative to join our team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing metal products and surfaces for painting, powder spraying and preparing goods for dispatch. Key duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Operating the pre-treatment line
• Fettling of galvanised components
• Loading and unloading the paint line
• Powder spraying
• Assembly of component parts
• Packaging and palletising painted items
• Maintaining quality of the coated items

A sound knowledge of the pre-treatment and powder coating of metal components is of advantage. Experience of powder spraying will also be of advantage. We are looking for an individual who will be willing to take on various roles within the successful operation of a powder coating facility. Key attributes required include:
