Role Overview & Responsibilities

Our Hotel Team Members are dedicated hospitality professionals who enjoy working on their own initiative, demonstrate a flexible approach and can multi-task. Most importantly they do all this with a positive ‘can do’ attitude and a relentless drive for excellence.

More than experience, it is important to us that our Hotel Team Members bring a natural passion for hospitality that will stand out to guests and colleagues alike. They will become recognised Ambassadors for not only Macdonald Craxton Wood Hotel and Spa but the company as a whole.

As a Hotel Team Member, you will have the opportunity to learn about the broader operations of the hotel as well as building a great colleague network. While you will lead in one area of specialism in Reception, you may be asked to provide support across different departments. Opera experience is preferred but not essential.

Due to the nature and variety of the role, you will work different hours including Saturday and/or Sunday. You may be asked if you would like to work additional hours to support the hotel during our busier periods.
