Role Overview & Responsibilities

Bar Staff play a vital role in delivering a great guest experience to all of our guests. They have a keen eye for detail, an organised approach and a willingness to exceed our guests expectations. Often operating on the front line, they are the real ambassadors of our company, and are committed to consistently delivering high standards

Our Bar staff are hardworking individuals who can work on their own initiative and are key players in our Conference and Events teams. We are looking to recruit a fun, friendly and hands-on member of the team capable of dealing with fast paced sales and achieving KPI's. You will communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen. They take time to maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and service areas. As they are the face of the company we ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: From £9.50 per hour
