Role Overview & Responsibilities

Passionate staff required to join a new and dynamic team, caring for people living with dementia in small Lodges, housing 12-15 people.
Each lodge is brand new and offers a stunning environment in which to live and work. Lodges are equipped with everything required for true family style living, with beautifully designed interiors and gardens designed to create a home from home feeling.
Our phased opening will allow staff to develop both professionally and personally within a supportive environment, with extensive opportunity for internal promotion.
Our home will lead the way in outstanding, person centred, home-from-home living, with a focus on promoting independence and quality care
Shifts run from 8 – 8 on a two week rolling rota incorporating alternate weekends off

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Solihull, B90 8DQ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• care assistant: 1 year (required)

Salary: Up to £12.00 per hour
