Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a team member to join our busy store.

This is a permanent, full-time position working five days a week. The job will include working a weekend day on a rota basis.

Having a Amtra qualification would be a bonus but is not essential.

The successful applicant will be responsible for being the first point of contact for customer queries, serving customers, talking orders over the phone, helping to restock the store,

The successful applicant will need to be:

· Hard working

· Have a polite friendly manner

· Excellent customer service skills

· Work in a fast-paced environment

· Work well in a team and on your own

· You will need to be literate

· Have a good telephone manner

· Have good attention to detail

· Able to work under pressure

· Agricultural and building knowledge is prefered

We require someone who is enthusiastic, has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and having a confident phone manner and great customer service skills.

Working well as part of a team and communicating effectively within this dynamic team is crucial and is a vital part of this role.

Applicants must be 18 and over and a week’s trial will be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £10.50-£12.50 per hour
