General Maintenance Person

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Maintenance person for our medium sized home here at the Hurstway. You will be responsible for the overall upkeeping of the home and its grounds. You will be a very organised person and will keep good records. You will also be responsible for daily/weekly/monthly checks.

Previous Care Home Experience desirable, but not essential

36-40 hours per week Mon-Fri.

Salary: Up to £11.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Birmingham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
