Warehouse/Production Operative

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are currently recruiting for a reliable, hard-working production operator to work at our wood-working, manufacturing facility based in Rochdale.

What does the role involve ?

• Packaging and Loading Goods on Pallets
• Working on woodworking production lines
• Being trained on and operating wood-working machinery
• Completing quality checks
• General Warehouse House-keeping.
• Using a forklift
• Must be able to read, understand and write English to a competent level.

You must be self motivated, physically fit to work in this fast paced environment with a good strong working attitude. Please note constant lifting of goods will be often required within this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £10.68 per hour

• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Woodworking: 1 year (preferred)
• Working in warehouses/factory: 1 year (required)
• Forklift driving: 2 years (required)
