Maintenance Operative, Painting, Decorating bias

LVS Ascot is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Operative with a Painting and Decorating bias. The role would be suitable for an individual with experience of applying a wide range of surface finishes and who is able to carry out minor repairs and redecoration to internal and external fabric.

Reporting to the Estates Manager, the post holder must have the ability to manage their own workload in an organised way and to complete tasks in a timely manner to a high standard.

The post holder will have excellent customer service skills, be computer literate and a team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 07.30 – 16.00, 37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. Uniform, tools and lunch are provided.

The successful applicant will be required to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
