We are currently searching for an Opticians Assistant Manager to join the team within the outstanding White City practice, this would be suitable for someone who is really looking to take the next step in their optical career! We would love to find someone with ambitions who wants to ensure the best customer experience at all times, and grow within the brand.

The role:

• Assisting with running of an optical practice ensuring that customer service is at the top of your agenda.
• Manage store opportunities.
• Staff training and keeping the team motivated and engaged.
• Training on high-end brands & exceptional customer service.
• Administration responsibilities and compliance.
• Optical experience and previous experience in leadership roles.
• Excellent communication skills and self-motivated.
• Confident, friendly and organised.

Salary and benefits:
