Full Job Description
Luna Motorhome Hire are recruiting for a Rental Agent / Cleaner in our Towcester branch.
The key purpose of this role is to provide flexible support to branch operations and assisting all areas of the Branch to ensure that an outstanding level of customer service is provided at all times and as per our company standards.

Salary £24,000 per year (overtime may be available during peak season) | Holiday Entitlement - 14 weeks (with terms) 1 week to be taken between 01 May and 31 August - 11 Weeks to be taken between 01 November and 28 February

The key responsibilities include:
· Dealing with customers face to face and via the telephone
· Opening and closing rental agreements
· Preparing vehicles for rental, this will include cleaning the interior of motorhomes to a high standard

Skills, Experience and/or Qualifications Required
· Hardworking and able to work in a very fast paced environment
· Great attention to detail
· Held a full UK driving licence for at least 12 months
· Be able to work as part of a team as well as independently
Hours of work
Tuesday to Friday 11:00 to 19:00
Saturday - 0800 to 1400
