Role Overview & Responsibilities

A unique opportunity to help manage Luca's Kitchen and Ice Cream Parlour in Dunfermline, Fife.

We are looking for waitings staff to join our team. While previous experience would be highly desirable; your enthusiasm, drive and willingness to learn are the essential skills needed for this role. We will support you with on-the-job training and personal development to help you enhance the other skills required to thrive in your role and progress.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

· Interact with customers, take orders and serve food/drinks.

· Comply with all food and beverage regulations.

· Keep bar clean and always organised.

· Stay customer focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.

· Availability to work shifts and busy seasonal periods.

Pay is dependent on experience and will be discussed at the interview stage.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Performance bonus
