Role Overview & Responsibilities

CoffeeB looks to open it’s doors mid-June of 2023 and we’re looking to build an enthusiastic, customer focused, and all-round amazing team.

A beautiful blend of breakfast, lunch, brunch and eye catching sweet treats will be served all day! From classic egg dishes, pancakes & smoothie bowls to loaded flatbreads, ice creams sundaes, cocktails, coffees & more.

The kitchen will be open from 8am-3pm Monday-Sunday but we will also offer a selection of sharing/ charcuterie boards in the evening so all daytime hours with some prep for charcuterie boards.

CoffeeB boasts a romantic, floral aesthetic with seriously good vibes. A place where you can eat in, take out, stay all day & come back for evening drinks.

Working with fresh produce, the Chef will be a key member of the team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Job Duties:

  • Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards
  • Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment
  • Restock items as needed throughout the shift
  • Managing and maintaining the smooth operation and running of the kitchen.
  • Communicating menu developments
  • Supporting the management on the day to day running of the business.
  • Health and Safety policy within the kitchen ensuring they are kept clean and to a high standard.
  • Lead from the front with integrity and passion.
  • Ensure ongoing training and development is offered to all members of the team.
  • Manage stock rotation and daily ordering.
  • Reporting directly to the General Manager.
  • Making sure the kitchen is always adequately staffed.
  • Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards
  • Recording food temperatures

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 40 per week

Salary: £10.42-£13.00 per hour
