Travel/Hotel Supervisor

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Job Description:



Hires, trains and develops junior staff, as required according to

business needs.



Discusses client requirements and advises on road, rail, air and

sea travel and accommodation.



Makes and confirms travel and accommodation bookings,

arranges group holidays, tours and individual itineraries.



Advises on currency and passport/visa regulations and any

necessary health precautions needed.



Determines financial, staffing, material and other short and long

term business needs.



Prepares monthly reports for directors.

Requirements:

Suitable candidates must hold a relevant NVQ level 3 qualification or

higher and have gained working experience in the field.

Or

Must have at least three years relevant experience.
