Lockheed Martin UK - Strategic Systems (LMUK SS) is looking for a Senior Finance Manager to lead and develop a team of part and qualified professionals within our Finance and Business Operations (F&BO) function. This influential leadership role is based in Helensburgh, Scotland approx. 45 mins from Glasgow. This role is open to our 4xFlex working pattern offering a 4 day working week Monday - Thursday. We're also offering hybrid working with typically 2 days a week onsite.

As the Senior Finance Manager you will be responsible for providing financial and commercial advice across the business to support strategy in a controlled manner. This will include giving advice and guidance to members of your team, Programme Managers, Capture teams and the wider Senior Leadership Team. You will be responsible for pricing and costing processes, ensuring related corporate policy and statutory regulations are met.

Stakeholder management within our US reporting structure and to our customer base is another significant aspect of this role.

The position is perfect for a qualified and established Finance, Accounting professional, with proven leadership and management skills, capable of developing a team within a key function of a business, driving productivity and improvement. Lockheed Martin UK – Strategic Systems (LMUK SS) is the single contractor providing specialist Waterfront In-Service Support to one of the Royal Navy's Submarine Programs. The company provides the Ministry of Defence (MoD) with safe, efficient and responsive support. LMUK SS, as part of the ABL Alliance with AWE and Babcock, is also responsible for the management of operations at RNAD Coulport.
