Product Owner

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Hello!
We are looking for a Product Owner who will be responsible for the development of the product, including strategy, new features implementations and income growth.

In Rawbot. Inc we build digital assistants and custom apps integrated into Slack to help world-leading companies solve day-to-day tasks and build efficient remote culture.

Our products are used by over 30,000 companies worldwide, both innovative startups and well-established market leaders such as IBM, Spotify, Unilever, BBC, PayPal, Salesforce and many others.

Responsibilities:

- Conducting customer interviews and collaborating with current and potential clients to understand and anticipate their needs and interests and translate them into product requirements and features.

- Getting to know the client database, and building long-lasting relationships with the main buyers.

- Collaborating with the Development and Design team to bring new features to the market.

- Developing a strategy that is based on the needs of the audience and bringing this strategy to life.

- Managing the product backlog and prioritising them based on changing requirements.

- Analysing and growing product metrics: Retention, Revenue, Engagement, Acquisition Costs, etc.

- Creating briefs and working closely with content contributors.

- Coaching the team.

Requirements

- At least 5 years experience as a Product Owner;

- Excellent detailed written and verbal communication skills;

- You are not afraid to pick up a phone and call a stranger conducting a user interview;

- You have experience working independently and are comfortable both with delegating and doing tasks by yourself;

- You have an understanding of the product development cycle and agile methodologies;

- You have a background in product management, B2B product management, product marketing or customer relationship management.

- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary: £3,000.00-£4,800.00 per month
