Coatings Sales Advisor (Full Time) - Basildon
LKQ Coatings is a dynamic refinish distribution experience, providing a wide brand offering of paint consumables and equipment.

We are looking for a Coatings Sales Advisor to join our team to provide sales support to LKQC national group business and supporting regional account business.

The Coatings Sales Advisor will support customers by processing coatings sales orders on the LKQ Coatings operating systems. The role will also be responsible for taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to the designated customer bases. The Coatings Sales Advisor will also be required to take daily service calls and/or customer service queries.

Key Responsibilities

• Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to customer base
• Processing sales orders and pick notes for the relevant branch
• Processing inbound e-orders
• Taking initial customer service queries
• Back-order processing
• Communicating regularly with the Sales Manager
• Building working relationships with customers across all branches
• Providing exceptional customer service, giving advice where required

Key and Desired Skills

• Customer service experience
• Good communication skills
• A strong eye for detail
