Supply Success Executive

LITTA is an exciting tech startup offering on demand rubbish collection, allowing individuals and businesses to dispose of their waste easily and ethically with 96% of all the waste we collect being recycled. By offering customers an affordable and convenient alternative for waste collection we are committed to lowering fly tipping incidents across the UK with over 1 million recorded events last year alone. We have 300+ carriers operating throughout the UK and are looking for a Supply Success Executive to help manage our supply chain. Join the LITTA revolution now! What you will be doing:

• Support in sourcing and engaging new subcontractors, onboarding new subcontractors via the digital process.
• Support in training new subcontractors and continually retraining to ensure our high standards are met.
• Ensure that all compliance is kept up to date.
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with all subcontractors.
• Act as one of the key points of contact for all subcontractor matters.
• Carry out administrative tasks as and when required.
• Provide support to the operations team with issues on jobs.
• Support in keeping the carrier base up to date.

Skills required:

• Comfortable negotiating with carriers.
• Effective communicator
• Flexible and adaptable depending on the needs of the business (this is a startup so no two days are the same).
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
• Able to show emotional intelligence in difficult situations.
• Confident with time management and highly organized.
• Self-starter that is able to learn from mistakes.
• Experience in problem solving.
