The Company - Production Operative

Our Client are a Global Leading Automotive Supplier based in Dove Valley Park, Foston, Derby. They require Manufacturing Operatives to work on fast paced Automotive Assembly lines in a factory environment.

Job Specification - Production Operative

· Loading components onto fast paced production line

· Quality checking of finished parts

· Working to daily targets

· One week shift rotation (days and lates) Mon-Fri

· Overtime is available

The ideal candidates will possess:

· Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable although not essential as training is provided

· Self-motivated, dedicated, resourceful, adaptable and flexible

· Team player with good communication

· Punctual

· Possess a good level of literacy and numeracy

· 06:00 – 13:55 & 15:20 – 23:15 Monday – Friday weekly rotation.

· Pay rates

Days

Up to 6 months service £10.72/hr

After 6 months service £10.93/hr

Lates

Up to 6 months service £12.34/hr

After 6 months service £12.54/hr

· Overtime Premiums paid at 1.33x and 1.55x rate
