NiMachine Operative/ Production Operative

Callywhite, DRONFIELD

Responsibilities and duties:

• To take care for the receipt of raw materials , storage and stock control
• To ensure raw materials are sized and the distribution recorded
• To perform Quality Control
• To blend raw materials into semi finished goods (Blends)
• To keep material storage, usage and mixing records up to date
• To mix materials to a good standard in preparation for pressing.

Days Shift:

AM: 05:45-18:00 , 49 hours @ £10.42

£510.58 weekly wage

Night shift :

PM: 17:45-06:00, 57 hours @ £10.42

£593.94 weekly wage

Still only 4 x 12.25 hour shifts but we pay 57 hours as a shift allowance.

Requirements :

• Previous experience
• Basic Machine Operative experience
• Must have a good level of Production/Manufacture experience
• Operators with a good level of maturity and ability to proactively solve problems as they occur.
• A high level of involvement from all operators with open communication at all levels.
• A friendly, helpful and amicable attitude towards work colleagues.
