Role Overview & Responsibilities
You must have the ability to travel within Lincolnshire at short notice.
This is a really exciting opportunity to join a developing service. The Here4You Access Team "went live" in January 2022, it was initially a 12-month project to but quickly established itself as a "must have" service.
Despite individual members of the team being based across the entire county of Lincolnshire we have become a very cohesive, supportive team. The 2 posts are available due to additional funding as well as internal progression of staff.
If you want to work in a fast paced, exciting and dynamic service with the needs of the children and young people of Lincolnshire at the heart of everything we do then this is the role for you.
