We have an exciting opportunity in our Lincolnshire County wide CBT team for a 12 month (fixed term full time (37.5) band 7 CBT Supervisor to provide supervision to Enhanced Evidence Based Practitioners (EEBP's).
As a service, we work closely with the Local Authority and their already established EEBP team offering regular supervision to qualified EEBP'S . This exciting expansion for their team has offered further opportunity for more supervisors to join our already established supervisor team.
The Local Authority EEBP trained staff help with the early identification of CYP referred into their teams who may have mental health difficulties. They provide low intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy interventions where a low-level mental health concern is identified.
You will be part of a wider CBT team but offering supervision to practitioners completing low intensity training. The EEBP's will initially be completing a one-year training in providing CBT informed interventions. Your role will be to provide the EEBP trainee's weekly clinical and caseload supervision. You will be required to work with the University who will be providing this training to ensure they complete all supervision elements of the training. The role is an exciting combination of providing clinical supervision, as well as CBT therapy to a small caseload of young people.
